Accessibility statement

Website accessibility

Agitavit Solutions d.o.o. strives to make the eHRM website (www.ehrm.net) accessible to as many users as possible, including people with disabilities. When designing and developing the website, we follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.1 at level AA.

The Slovenian Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications Act (ZDSMA) applies to public sector bodies. As a private company, we publish this accessibility statement voluntarily, because we want the website to be usable by everyone.

Compliance status

The website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 (level AA). Known issues and planned improvements are listed below.

Accessibility features

  • responsive layout on computers, tablets and mobile phones,
  • a clear structure of headings and content,
  • the main menu can also be used with a keyboard,
  • the website respects the device’s reduced-motion setting (animations are not played in that case),
  • text can be enlarged with the browser’s zoom function,
  • the content language is set, which helps screen readers.

Possible improvements

We are aware that some content is not yet fully accessible:

  • some images and icons may not yet have suitable alternative text,
  • some sliders and animated content may not be fully adapted for keyboard and screen reader use,
  • embedded third-party content (e.g. YouTube videos, forms of external providers) is not under our control,
  • older PDF documents may not be fully accessible.

We are gradually fixing these issues. If you need any of the content in an accessible format, write to us and we will prepare it.
